Entitlements
Registration for the 2026 CPSG Annual Conference includes:
- Three days of talks, presentations, and working group sessions
- Lunches and coffee breaks (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
- Social events: CPSG Welcome Reception, joint CPSG Closing and WAZA Ice Breaker Event
- Cologne Zoo visit
- Congress ticket for public transportation within Cologne
Procedure
After filling the registration questionnaire, you will be directed to the payment platform, which accepts credit card payments and provides instructions for making direct bank transfers. Successful credit card payments will be automatically acknowledged via email with an attached receipt. For bank transfers, you will need to send the conference team the transfer details, including your order number and the paying institution. Once the full payment of the fees has been completed and verified, our CPSG Conference planning team will send a confirmation email.
Cancellation and refund conditions
Cancellation until July 30, 2026: 75% refund of the total registration fee.
Cancellation after July 30, 2026: No refund.
Right of admission reserved.

The conference managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the meeting for promotional, advertising or reporting of the meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.
