Registration

Registration for the 2026 CPSG Annual Conference includes:

• Three days of talks, presentations, and working group sessions
• Lunches and coffee breaks (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
• Social events: CPSG Welcome Reception, joint CPSG Closing and WAZA Ice Breaker Event
• Cologne Zoo visit
• Congress ticket for public transportation within Cologne

After filling the registration questionnaire, you will be directed to the payment platform, which accepts credit card payments and provides instructions for making direct bank transfers. Successful credit card payments will be automatically acknowledged via email with an attached receipt. For bank transfers, you will need to send the conference team the transfer details, including your order number and the paying institution. Once the full payment of the fees has been completed and verified, our CPSG Conference planning team will send a confirmation email.

Cancellation until July 30, 2026: 75% refund of the total registration fee.

Cancellation after July 30, 2026: No refund.

The conference managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference program, and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation nor the conference managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The conference managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the meeting for promotional, advertising or reporting of the meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.
